® Model WLC 11/2" Ansi 150 part #9023 & Ansi 300 part # 9034 Wafer style Silent Check Valve is a lightweight, spring-assisted, edge guided, in-line check valve that provides reliable, low maintenance service for a wide range of fluids and pressure/temperature combinations. This smaller size is not a dual class valve which means you have to order what you need by Ansi class. (The 2" through 8" are dual Ansi class meaning they can be used for either Ansi 150 or 300 piping)These valves will fit ANSI 150 & 300 class piping. This valve is sandwiched between the pipe flanges. The joint between the seat ring and body is sealed by the flange gasket upon installation preventing any leakage through the joint when the valve is in service. These use a Buna-N "O" ring seal which is good for application with a temperature between -70 & 250 degrees F. Other "O" ring material is available if you need higher or lower temperature capability.
