2 individual calculators, 1 metric and 1 inch
This heavy-duty slide-rule calculator provides fast, accurate data required most frequently by designers, engineers and drafting personnel. Based on current ASME B18 Standards, the ENGINEER'S QUICK REFERENCE CALCULATORâ„¢ will easily reference data for:
#0 to 1" with head height and diameter for popular configurations including hex, hex flange, slotted, cross recessed and socket head screws (with socket size and counterbore diameter). Includes UNF and UNC threads/inch, stress area, and tap drill data for each fastener diameter.
#0 to 1" with half-dog, flat, oval, cup and flat point defining point length, diameter and radius. Includes UNF and UNC threads/inch, stress area, and tap drill data.
1/4" to 2" with head height and diameter, socket size, shoulder diameter, thread length and thread diameter/threads per inch.
UNM 30 to UNM 140 with threads per inch, head height and diameter for fillister, pan, flat and binding head. Also includes screw minimum and maximum lengths.
#0 to 1" plain and spring lock, with outside diameter and thickness.
#0 to 1" with hex and hex jam defining dimensions across corners, across flats and thickness.
1/16" to 3/8" flat and universal head with head height/diameter, and approximate material for full head.
1/16" to 3/4" with recommended hole diameter ranges.
B4.1 Class H13 with diameter ranges from 0" to 1.19".
NPT sizes 1/16" to 1-1/4" with effective thread, threads per inch, outside diameter and tap drill data.
5/32" to 1-1/2" for box, socket and open end wrenches.
The reverse side of the calculator contains quick reference tables for:
* Fraction/Decimal/Metric Equivalents - from 1/64" to 1" by 64ths.
* Sheet Metal and Wire Sizes - Gauges 8 to 40 for U.S. steel wire, steel, brass and aluminum.
* Drill Sizes - alpha/numeric sizes #80 to Y with decimal equivalents.
* Material - Typical Weights - for 14 metals/alloys in lbs./cu. inch.
* Normal Clearance Holes - #0 to 1" for bolts, screws and studs.
M1.6 to M42 with head height and diameter for popular configurations including hex, hex flange, slotted, cross recessed and socket head screws (with socket size and counterbore diameter). Includes pitch-mm, TSA-mm2, and tap drill data for each fastener diameter.
M1.6 to M24 with half-dog, flat, oval and cup point defining point length, diameter and radius. Includes pitch-mm, TSA-mm2, and tap drill data.
M6.5 to M25 with head height and diameter, socket size, shoulder diameter, thread length and thread diameter/pitch.
M1.6 to M36 plain and spring lock, with outside diameter and thickness.
M1.6 to M36 with hex, hex jam and hex flange defining dimensions across corners, across flats and thickness.
M1.6 to M10 flat and universal head with head height/diameter, and approximate material for full head.
M1.5 to M12 with recommended hole diameter ranges.
ISO Class H13 with diameter ranges from 0.0mm to 50mm.
The reverse side of the calculator contains quick reference tables for:
* Fraction/Decimal/Metric Equivalents - from 1/64" to 1" by 64ths.
* Inch/Pound Metric Conversion Factors - for area, force, length, mass, stress, torque and volume.
* Metric Drill Sizes - M1.6 to M42 with decimal inch equivalents.
* Normal Clearance Holes - M1.6 to M42 for bolts, screws and studs.
