A Precision Interference Filter for Astronomers, and other scientists, looking for clear and efficient isoltation of a the single blue color. This filter has been developmented to produce excellent transmission of the blue light from 400 nm to 500 nm, while attenuating most of the background light from the deep Ultra-violet to the extreme red. The filter is unmounted, and has an outer dimension of 24.0 mm +.5-.5 mm, and a thickness of 1.2 mm. It can be mounted in a standard 28 or 1.25 eye piece threaded mount. Specifications follow: To Pass > 70% of Blue light, and to reject by reflection 99.99+% of all other light from UV to 700+nm. Filter supplied with actual spectral data.
