Part number PM-1809-22-X. Manufactured by the Duff-Norton Company. This is a 10 ton inverted actuator for a 22-inch raise. It was bought as part of a surplus lot several years ago from the Tennessee Valley Authority and has not been used while in our possession. The fact that it came without the lifting screw and that the screw orifice is greased seems to indicate that it has not been used. The chipped paint seems to have come from a prolonged storage.
