This very high quality device consists of a stainless steel faceplate that mounts into any standard wall outlet box, a buzzer / sounder, a pushbutton switch and a LED (light-emitting diode). Especially useful for security systems / alarm systems. Output wiring is through a 4-conductor, 22 AWG cable, about 4-feet long. One can wire these just about any way he/she needs to perform a function it can do for the function you need. For example, you can wire the button to activate the buzzer or to shut the buzzer off. The buzzer can be physically removed from the faceplate if you wish. Note that this Item is just the unit shown in the image, and does include a transformer or other electrical parts or circuitry that can be used in conjunction with this control panel.
