*MANUFACTURER: Mechanical Refrigeration Enterprises *MEASURES: Box Approx. 7 L, 5 1/2 W, 3 D *CONDITION: This gauge was tested before being put up for sale and the needle moved. The temperature lead was put into the fire and the needle moved up over 500 degrees. The the lead was put into water and the gauge needle moved back down to under 100 degrees really fast. The test lead has cracked and frayed casing but appeared to do its job. I will not guanrantee its accuracy. I did not test it against a known good thermometer. The red box has its dings, knicks, scratches, marks, soil and wear. The gauge housing appears to be clean and in very good condition. *FEATURES: 0 to 1200 degrees. Needle reads in 25 degree increments. Numbers start at 100 degrees and skip every other 100 degrees. 100, then lines, then 300, and on this way to 1200. *This gauge does not measure low temperatures well even though the gauge has 25 degree lines. This gauge is intented for very high temperatures. (Vintage annie hi temp thermometer-temperature gauge is the responsibility of Cassandra Hood) |
