Mitutoyo Marlin 3D CNC Vision Measuring Machine: 3 axis visual inspection machine., Quick Vision Version 5 , X1 Lens with optional Programmable Ring Light Illumination. 21-3/4 x 19-1/2 stage area. Windows NT Operator's system and interface. This machine is intended for bench mounted high precision visual inspection as equipped or can be used with an optional touch probe (not supplied) to provide CMM capabilities. The quick vision system includes several subsystems that work together to enable high speed measurements. The stage subsystem includes a rigid, precision machined stage that uses encoders for accurate three axis positioning. QVPAK can move the stage on the X, Y and Z axes by using computer controlled DC servomotors and coordinated axis motion control technology. A glass plate on the surface of the stage allows the part to be illuminated from beneath. Optical subsystem consists of a fixed focus, objective lense mounted below the CCD. This lens can be manually changed for another lense to yield a different magnification. Lighting subsystem illuminates a part for optimal imaging. Stage light (back light) illuminates the part from beneath the stage. Programmable Ring Light (PRL) Projects a ring around the camera lens of adjustable intensity for greater lighting control.
