These EFJ radios were purchased by us in mid-2006, they are new, never been programmed. Purchase by us as demos, but unused, they are fully functional. Widely used in public safety applications by police, fire, civil air patrol and other government agencies. These radios are for the UHF Band, 700-800 Mhz, P25, Conv/Trunk, SN/SZ, Non-DTMF, with full band antennas. For a complete description of the radio, see http:// /products/51SL.asp. Service is available by returning radio to the manufacturer. Service charges on our other EFJ radios historically been very reasonable, about $300 for a rework of the radio.
