RICE HYDRAULIC HYDROSTATIC TEST PUMP #HP1 10,000 PSI This test pump appears to be in good used condition. It comes with approx. 6' of water hose. It does have some surface rust on the metal housing, and one of the tires has a leak. I don't have much specific information on this unit.
