Set up instructions are 12 pages same dimensions. * Manual's cover has light corner wear and some scattered stains on the front. * Some light staining at the staples. * Pages are clean. No fingerprints or soiling. * Hard to find in any condition. Images have been taken under artificial light. Colors will be slightly off. Manual's condition is is VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT.
