This structure produces a three dimensional abrasive product with a unique cushioning action. The dispersion of abrasive grains throughout the web provides a continuous supply of new abrasive grains as the old grains and fiber are worn away with grinding use. With their open mesh construction, Bear-Tex products are waterproof, washable, conformable, non-loading, non-metallic and non rusting. Since Bear-Tex products are not designed for stock removal, it is often said that Bear-Tex products begin where conventional abrasives leave off. These wheels do an incredible job with smoothing edges, eliminating burrs on a variety of different materials.
