This tester looks like it has never been used. The power cord looks like it has never been unwound. This is just the meter there are no leads, cable or other adapters. No instructions or box. This meter says Utility Tester on the front and it has AMPS, VOLTS, and OHMS on the meter. It also has an Auto Battery Volts scale on the meter and a switch on the front for Auto or Elec. Small meter, measures approx. 6 by 3 by 2.5 inches.
