This 68HC11 controller board was removed from semiconductor processing equipment. It is compatible with the popular Buffalo Monitor and has sockets for an 8 kB (27C64) EPROM and an 8 kB SRAM chip. There is also an 8 bit wide output port with several decoded strobes. The board has a small prototype area that can be used to wire a level-shifter for an RS-232 port. It is a 2-layer board and is very easy to figure out. The EPROM is 16 kB and is decoded at the top of memory. The processor chip on this board is a 68HC11 with an OEM part number. A standard 68HC11 can be used instead. They have the same pinout and are interchangeable. The EPROM has been programmed but can be erased. The Ram chip is an 8 kB part. There is also an I/O relay board available that connects to this board available.
