Tektronix TDS3064B 4 Channel Color Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope, 600 MHz, 5GS/s, with option TDS3FFT and TDS3TRG The TDS3064B is identical to the rest of the TDS3000B series except for a bandwidth of 600 MHz and sample rate of 5 GS/s.
