Used NRC Laser Power Meter Model 820 Unit was pulled from closing facility, it does have some cosmetic damage, nothing major, normal wear and tear. Unit is untested, we do not have the proper equipment to do so. (Actual item does not have black and red wires hanging from bottom.)
