Offered for sale here, is a big bench power supply, manufactured specifically for the RAF by Thorn Automation, offers an output of 0 - 40 Volts at 0 - 50 Amperes. Lovely big power supply, has large and easy to read dials, circuit breaker protection and 'vernier dial' style controls for precision setting of the outputs. A lovely power supply for someone, but Very heavy, weighing in at something like 50Kg, dimensions are approx 50cm deep, 43cm wide, plus the mounting flange, 18cm high. !! For the very brave these units can be paired in paralell to provide a variable supply at 100A !!
