Forney high quality welding rod. Super Low Hydrogen (7018). A low Hydrogen iron powder type rod that produces highest quality X-ray welds. Can be used in all positions on AC or DC reverse polarity welding current. This electrode is recommended for welding hardenable steels where no preheat is used and on cold rolled porosity when welded with conventional electrodes. The low hydrogen content of the weld metal provides high strength and toughness. The use of this rod will eliminate cracking down the center of the bead, under bead cracking and peeled welds. 3/32", 5 pound, 50-90 AMPS, 7018. CAT# 30705
