This is a Applied Electro Mechanics horn driver it is similar to the Altec units.I believe it is rated at about 25W.It has standard threads for mounting on a horn. 2.Items sold as "Parts" or "Needs Repair" mean exactly this.They are not functional. 3.Power cords, adapters, manuals or any other accessories are not included unless they are listed in the description. 6.
