This one is for the antique small tool collector.It is a tool from one of the earliest small tool manufacturers.It has a clear amber plastic handle that has embedded into it a cut-away hardened 3/4" nut that may be athreading tool but is more likely only a chaser.CLUTHEin stamped on the handle as well as Reg'd 1962 and CANADA plus the numbers 4-62R.It is an excellent condition 45 year old tool.
