This is a BRAND NEW Clips-Free plastic ( poly ) Nylon strapping Crimper. This product is made to seal strapping without clips, and it prevents cutting from traditional clips or crimps. It is easy and conveinient to use and provide more efficient packing. The upper and lower bits are made with cast alumimum. The upper and lower handles are made with metal sheet and plastic. Materials were chosen with light weight and durability in mind, and the price is absolutely affordable. - 110V Transformer (Can be unpluged) - 12V Clips-Free Nylon strapping Crimper (15W) 1. After the power is connected, indicator LED will be on. About 30 second, the ironing head will be heated and ready to use. Hold the handle and put the ironing head into the gap between the two to-be-merged plastic strapping. 2. Hold the handle in hand firmly, close the upper and lower bits until the plastic strapping comes in contact. Hold still for 1 to 2 second to allow the surface of the plastic strapping to be melted. 3. Press the handle further, the ironing head will shrink back.
