The ShibaSoku VH01CZ measures the number of dropouts of video tape recorders and other equipment. The width of the dropout is displayed in microseconds. The depth of the dropout is displayed in dB. The lapsed time, dropouts/unit time and total number of dropouts is also displayed. A built-in printer prints out the test results. It has some scratches on the top, but otherwise is in good condition. I don't have the equipment necessary to test this unit.
