MUNSCH Universal Welding Hand Tool Type U2 The universal welding hand tool type U2 meets all requirements for welding in all positions. For welding you can use PP-, PE- or PVC-welding wire of 4mm diameter. By installation of a special screw welding of PVDF-material is possible. The welding wire is pulled over a conveyer roller and granulated in the extrusion screw. By the extrusion screw the granulate obtained in this manner is pressed into a melting tube where it is melted. The mealting tube is heated by the extrusion heater which can be regulated. The material to be welded is heated seperately by hot air. The soft mass exiting is formed and brought to the desired thickness with exchangeable welding shoes. Drive: 600 watt - 220 volt A.C. Extruder heater: 600 watt - 220 volt A.C. Air Heater: 2000 watt - 220 volt A.C. Air consumption: Approx. 0,4 bar - 400 I/min Welding capacity: approx. 1,8 kg/hr PP, PE, or PVC (PVDF) Application Range: 6-25mm wall thickness This extrusion gun has been tested and works perfectly.
