This MACTRONIX, Inc., part number AFF-600, 6", Wafer Flat Finder was removed from service as part of a department decommissioning at the world's largest semiconductor plant. I have checked it and it appears to function fine. It may be seen at the http manufacturer's web site by clicking here. /AFFX00.htm There is a $3.00 packaging fee on this item in addition to the freight charges and purchase price. 05-10-02-1-0251
