This Airserco fastener snap tool part number 5616 looks to be new and unused however the plastic bag was opened. I'm selling it with the new and unopened bag of fasteners, part number 5602. I don't know how to operate the tool, but it looks like you can adjust the business end of it for different sizes of fasteners. Looks like this has been on the shelf for quite awhile.
