I am not a specialist dealer in this type of equipment and have no intimate knowledge on the item. I have provided as much information as I can on the product and shown full instructions for the product. Please look at these instructions if you have any specific technical questions!! Infrared Non-Contact Spot Thermometer The instrument is in brand new unused condition. It runs on a 9 volt transistor battery type PP3 though there is also a mains adapter (unused still without plug). Also included are cabled crocodile clips which plug into the "Output" part of these instrument, I do not know exactly what this is for, they are again unused. The principle is very simple there is a trigger on the handle and you point and press for an instant temperature reading of the thing you are pointing at. The instructions say the range is 0 - 800 degrees celcius with in an accuracy of 0.5-0.7 degrees. Please note that i have tested it in so much as around the house pointing at the floor, radiator, my son etc.. and it appears to be in good working order, it has not however been callibrated or tested to factory standard. If you are not happy with your purchase I will happily refund you for the cost of the purchase but because it is sold as described I can not refund any postage costs involved. I have photographed everything that is included with the item and also the instructions in detail. The product is in as new unsued condition as you will see. Once again i will repeat that if you have any questions about the product itself please refer to the instructions provided as I have no working knowledge.
