Here is just a sample of whats on this DVD: 4. Exercise 1 - This is a simple 2D drawing exercise using several line creation methods. 5. Exercise 2 - This exercise uses polar lines for construction geometry. The Xform Rotate function is used. 6. Exercise 3 - This is an intermediate 2D drawing exercise. Several methods of arc creation are used. 7. 3D Wireframe - This is a simple 3D wireframe exercise covering the use of different construction planes. 8. Surfaces - This example covers modeling a hair dryer using several surface creation functions. 9. Solids - This is an example of a plastic cap modeled using the solid modeling functions in Mastercam. 10. WCS Demo - This is an introduction into using Mastercam’s work coordinate system (WCS) and the view manager. 11. Work Offset Demo - This demonstration shows the use of the WCS with work offsets. 12. 2D Contouring - This demonstration covers several aspects of 2D contouring toolpaths including Ramping and 2D Chamfer. 13. 3D Contouring - This covers 3D contouring and 3D chamfering. A custom stock file is used during toolpath verification. 14. Remachining - This is an example of using Mastercam’s remachining functions during 2D contouring and pocketing. 15. Pocketing - Several pocketing styles are shown including pocket facing, island facing, and open pockets. SURFACE TOOLPATH ROUGHING PAGE 16. Rough Parallel (7:51 26,090K) This demonstration shows using the surface rough parallel toolpath. Saving the verified file as an STL model is discussed. 17.
