Here is info on this tractor came from NC Country Club was mainly used with a blower on the rear for blowing off the fairways after each mowing and used for deep tine aerification. The tractor has nice paint and has been stored inside and had above average care. We have used this around the shop and everything works with nothing needing repair it is ready for immediate use. We have serviced the entire tractor and greased all fittings. Below is a list of the tractor specifications: Model no. M4700 Special Utility Front turf tires have 95% life left Just serviced with all new oils and filters Has a very slow creeper gear for deep tine aerification 2 Remote Hydraulics (rarely used) Floor has had bedliner applied to it (non slip) The tractor is stored inside and can sit a few months if needed at no charge if you want to pick it up yourself.
