This is an electronic thickness gauge.This industrial Ferrous gauge model has performance characteristics designed for those who need to use plated calibration or those who need to measure the thickness of platings.ETG 1 has also an expanded memmory for recording measuremnent. This ETG is designed to be built better than any other gauge on the market. It's processor is an extremely heavy duty which is also in the state -of-the Art camcorders and engine control sysytem.The probe is encased in a rubber boot to help prevent accidental scratching or chipping of the surface .The back of ETG has a soft rubber feet for the same reason. .....................................OPTION........................................
