MH74S51 Tesla 2-2-Input AND-OR-INVERT Gate SN74S51 DM74S51 74S51 IC The MH74S51 made by Tesla is a 2-2-Input AND-OR-INVERT-Function Logic Gate circuit. FULL equivalent to: SN74S51, DM74S51, 74S51 etc. You can see the logic diagram and the boolean function this circuit performs on the picture below. NOTE: There might not be pictures available for some of the 74 TTL series ICs that I'm selling, because they are very well known and taking pictures of each will take much time. 3.1.
