The CG551AP Plug-in is a microprocessor based oscilloscope calibration generator that can be used as part of a computerized system for the calibration and verification of major oscilloscope parameters. * Voltage: 40 µV to 200 V, accuracy ±0.25% ±1 µV * Markers: 10 ns to 5 s, accuracy ±0.01% * Slewed Edge Timing: 0.4 ns to 100 ns * Pulse Head Rise Time: = 200 ps * 100 Hz to 100 kHz frequency range * 100%, 20%, 2%, 0.2% distortion ranges * Parameters: vertical gain, horizontal timing and gain, vertical bandwidth/pulse characteristics, probe accuracy and compensation, current probe accuracy and calibrator output accuracy The DC508A Counter, designed to operated in a TM500-Series Mainframe, measures frequency from 10 Hz to 1.3 GHz. A 9 digit LED display shows frequency or total events from 0 to 999,999,999. The decimal point is automatically positioned and leading zeros suppressed. The DM501A Multimeter Module measures DC voltage from 200 mA to 1000 V in 5 ranges. True RMS AC voltage ranges from 200 mV to 500 V. Resistance from 200-ohms to 20 Mohms in 6 ranges. DC and True RMS AC current 200 µA to 2000 mA in 5 ranges. Temperature -62ºC to +240ºC. Pulse Head for Tek CG 5001 and CG551AP Calibrators.
