Here is a very nice New Hermes CG-5 cutter grinder in excellent condition. This machine will grind single lip engraving cutters and single-lip milling cutters. It has broader capabilities than the CG-4 model because, in addition to grinding conical and parallel tip cutters, it will also grind spherical-end cutters. It comes complete with the original copy of the Operator’s Instructions. There is one 11/64†collet with this machine, and other sizes are available from New Hermes. It has a diamond wheel mounted on the spindle and a built-in wheel dresser complete with diamond.
