We specialize in those "hard-to-find" items as well as industrial surplus and close-out items. Personal & business checks are welcome, however merchandise may be held until check clears (10-14 days.) Ilinois residents please add 8.75% for sales tax. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization (RMA) has been obtained. All non-defective returns must be in original packaging & in resalable condition. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied if RMA is not requested within 5 days of receipt of non-defective merchandise, returned special-order items or items are returned without an RMA.
