These valves may have been installed and then removed after a short period of time. Some of them have some threading compound on them so I assume they were installed and then removed possibly because they were the wrong type, but there is no way to verify this. Other than that they appear to be new. We are selling these as used, with 7 day return privelage if you find them to be unnacceptable. For the price I think they represent a great value.
