Exclusively by Hoosier Pattern Includes Tipping Wheel Attachment with a 4½ Inch Tipping Wheel and 3x3 Urethane Lower Die This Set-up is for Larger Machines with 7" or Larger Wheels. If your like most Guys and have built your Upper Cradle(Yoke) to attach with a single 3/8 Inch Bolt then you know how easy it is to put this attachment on. We've Machined a 1/2 slot in the mounting base which gives you the ability to position the Attachment's Tipping Wheel on the Urethane Lower Anvil. There is Also a 2" wide groove on this Attachment(Or No Groove If You Specify), if you have an Adjuster with a 2 Inch Square Quill that extends this Fits it. If you have a Flat Mounting point this 2" key will not be a problem. The Handle on Our attachment can be removed for Additional Clearance on Low Crown Panels. We've Machined a Slot in it and there is a drive pin in the axle Shaft. To Remove the Handle simply remove the 1/4-20 screw, the Drive Pin is right up against the Bronze Bushing keeping the Axle Securely in Place. The Shaft Measures 3/4 on the end the Tipping Wheel is on and 5/8's on the Handle end. The Oilrite Bronze Bushings give a beautiful rotation with very minimal play. This Urethane Lower Anvil comes with 1/2 Bearings(we have 3/4 Bronze Adapters) an Axle and two Spacer Washers. We use the Spacer Washers because If you bury the Tipping Wheel into the Urethane Lower Anvil it "Buldges" out slightly. By having the Spacer Washers the "buldging" material does not bind up in your Lower Cradle(Yoke). The Urethane Lower Anvils give way to help support the Edge your Tipping. We make UHMW Lower Dies for Bead Rollers, but Urethane is Best. The Top of the Mount to the Bottom of the Tipping Wheel measures 9 and 3/8" To make sure this Attachment will work on your Machine measure from the top of your Cradle to the Bottom of your Wheel.
