This is for a good used Eclipse Twist Lock quick change tool holder. This is Used for holding 1.25" shank tools. The shank of the holder is 2.5" with 2 flat spots for set screws to hold against. It also has the groove for use with Eclipse Twist Lock master holders. Overall length is 6.5" It does have a couple marks/groove spots on it on the inside edge next to where a tool slides in to it but nothing that will hurt it's performance. I do not see a name on it, but most likely made by Putnam or Weldon. If you need a specific size of anything just ask. If in Michigan add 6% sales tax. Thanks!
