Wagner WAM 90 fully automatic industrial saw for non-ferrous bars and tubes. The equipment is from 1994, is well maintained and has recently had a main overhaul with change of all wearing parts. Space needed is approx. 17 x 26ft Min height is 8ft Pneumatic line 7 bars pressure PLC controlled saw unit with hydraulic feeding and electric drive via gear. Fully automatic blank loader for long bar (16 ft. +) Real time controlled GEWO system adapting cut length to measured round bar diameter. The saw can cut parts to constant mass with this system. A new 5 nozzle mist lubrication system Aluminium low and high yield strength.; Copper ; Brass 700 – 1200 cut / hour dependent upon material and dimensions. 2 different spindle velocities 530/ 1060 rpm. This can be changed by changing gear wheels. Feed velocity is adjustable from: 5in/min to 20ft/min. Retract speed are approx 33ft/min Clamping force is adjustable from 2200N – 8000N. Low setting makes clamping of thin walled profiles possible. Clamping can be special adapted to complex profile shapes. Length adjustment, manually 1/2in – 12in, automatically 3/4in-3 1/2in. Performing a simple adoption of the “end stopper†makes cutting of longer parts possible. Blank loader has capacity of 15- 50 pcs of 15-20ft. bars dependent upon dimension and form.
