Items are usually dispatched via ROYAL MAIL within 2 working days. Please allow 1-2 days for 1st class 3-5 days for Royal Mail Parcels. Please allow 1-3 days for airmail; .2 -5 weeks for SURFACE MAIL. Please allow 3-5 days for airmail; 10-12 weeks for SURFACE MAIL Please allow 15 days for delivery before informing us of non arrival.( The Royal Mail will not take responsibility until then.) Please can you also check at your local sorting Office or with neighbours before contacting us; as occasionally missing parcels have been known to be with them. You can collect from our Indoor Market Tool Stall in the Shambles Market; Market Place; Devizes; Wiltshire on a Thursday /Friday/ Saturday or our Indoor Market stall at The Castle Place, at Trowbridge; Monday to Saturday with at least 2 days notice to ensure items are available to collect. We will replace or refund faulty goods, returned, to us. We operate normal business hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday & between 6-8pm at weekends. We will answer all emails in this time.
