Belco Heat L Sealer shrink wrapper 12x10" mag locks Pick up in s california only, not 1 cent as the ad says. Here is a used Belco Heat L Sealer shrink wrapper. It has been unused and stored for some time and will need to be gone through. It is a 12x10" L sealer with magnetic locks, a 20 conveyor, and has various timers and a heat control. When it was running it was a great machine, it would dump the goods right into my tunnel. It is model ILS and runs on 110 current. This is how it currently is running: turn machine on and conveyor runs and then stops, pull the L bar down and it locks down with the magnetics but does not release, and I can smell heat which means the elements are getting hot.
