This is a new spanner wrench that fits the grinding wheel hub on the Deckel SO and SOE grinders. About 3 5/8" length with a 5" handle.Has 2 pins that are 4 mm diameter with a center line to center line of 27 1/2 mm. This is a new aftermarket replacement part made in the U.S.A. .
