Systron Donner 6150 9 Digit, Nixie Tube Display.Counter has problems BUT >>10.000 Time Base Is Very Good it consists of a 3 MHz Oscillator Divided to 1 MHz, Then Phase locked to 10MHz adjusted against 1.0000MHz e-10 standard. watched for 24hrs, Very Stable. I will include the Power Cord but sorry I don't have a manual. Just plug it in and within an hr or so, the oven comes up to temp and your standard is ready. Has course and fine frequency set on the rear panel. output BNC connector on rear panel. *Picture is of similar model, item we are offering is the same basic configuration.* We can not accept personal checks.
