A Watt Motors Rotation Standard (CW or CCW) is determined by viewing the motor from the rear, shaft facing away from you. Maintenance Motors rated from 2 through 16 watts have sealed, permanently lubricated bearings, and do not require maintenance. Bearings on motors rated from 25 through 50 watts require periodic lubrication using a high quality electric motor oil. The bearing oil hole is sealed with a screw. Operating Temperature Range Watt Motors are designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of -43°F to +140°F (-43°C to +60°C). For long life and widest operating temperature range.
