C575 Concrete Analog Recommended For: Flooring Installers, Inspectors Materials to Measure Concrete Similar Densities Specific Applications: There is no correlation between MC % of the concrete and the readings. The MC% is not an exact percentage and should not be used to determine the moisture in concrete. The readings are relative readings and should only be used to determine if further testing is needed and where to place further tests such as calcium chloride and relative humidity probes. The C575 meter gives a general moisture indication to 3/4â€. If further testing is not required it is suggested that a measurement up to 4 would be a go, however anything greater than 4 would suggest more testing is needed. Always check with the flooring manufacturer for further testing and warranty requirements.
