Good condition CES 24.5 KW Portable Blind Spot welder Model No 3156, that operates on Single Phase 220V AC. This welder does blind spot welds from only one side of the material sheet and is especially good for doing body work or for attaching thin sheets of metal to thicker structual shapes. Unit has two straight tips, two offset tips, and a single spot welder tip w/swivel contact for doing single spot welds. Unit includes control box with weld cycle timer. Unit comes with cooling pump but needs a tank (A 30Gal Plastic barrel or 55 gal drum would work fine for the cooling liquid.) The control box table says that the unit will weld three 25 gage sheets of metal at the low setting and will weld two 20 gage sheets to a 16 gage sheet or structual shape at the higher setting. I have used this unit to weld three 14 gage sheets at the middle setting so I expect that the unit has more capacity then the table indicates. Included are the operating manual, parts manual, and a welding manual VA residents pay VA sales tax, unless a vaild VA state tax certificate is provided to us.
