SEAL-ALL BRAIDED PACKING STYLE 1100 1/4" X 25' 2 BOXES 1100 features Interwoven Braid, 95% assay carbon yarn braided on the corners to prevent extrusion, and the pure flexible graphite yarn combined to make the best heat-dissipating, highest shaft speed packing available today. This packing will provide extended life in the widest range of applications from steam valves and slurries to boiler feed pumps and condensate pumps. It is truly a universal package (except for food/pharmaceutical applications or where graphitic packing is not permitted) Temperature limit: -300° +1,200° F in steam (650° in oxidizing atmospheres) Pressure: 1,200 PSI in pumps, 3,500 PSI in valves (assuming appropriate clearances) Especially effective where sealing slurries or where attempting to run at low to zero leak-off is required. Also effective as a pump/valve standard packing for all areas (except where non-graphitic packing is needed).
