You program the data logger to wake up and take a reading at intervals from once per minute to once every 4.25 hours. You then place the data logger in the place where you want to measure the temperature and leave it. After a period of time, the data logger is brought back to the computer and the stored readings can be downloaded. The software will produce a graphical trace showing the temperature where the data logger was placed. This can be useful for monitoring and recording temperatures in buildings, sheds, greenhouses, offices or just weather monitoring. When the temperature readings have been downloaded, the data logger is reset and used over and over again. The data logger uses the user friendly, TempIT-LITE software which enables the logger to be set up and the data read and displayed in graphical format. Graphs can be stored, printed or retrieved at a later time.
