this is a rivett custom taper adapter to accept a #1 morse taper it is set up to use the tang tools some of the #1mt stuff is for cnc or short shaft some may need the end ground down to fit all the way in . but if it is a tang 1mt you have it made. The #1mt is cheep and this adapter will give you alot of options that were not around 50 to 100 years ago these were #2 harden takes alot of time and equipment.
