This is a package of 23 4049 chips. The codes off the chips are HCF4049UBE and 99248Y. According to the RS website it is a 'Hex Inverting Buffer'. I have no idea what this means, and it is also listed as discontinued. If you know what to ask please email. I have some other IC's for sale so please have a look.
