IN HOUSE HEALTH AND SAFETY AUDIT TEMPLATE This Audit Form has been written by myself, a Health and Safety Practitioner specialising in the construction industry. I have produced the following documents which can be seen in my shop to assist all sectors of business with their individual and demanding health and safety needs. The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 makes it a legal obligation that employers of 5 persons or more to have a written health and safety policy in place. The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 makes it a legal obligation that employers of 5 persons or more to have written risk assessments in place.
