PRECISION LINEAR WAY BEARING Manufactured by IKO Japan, #LWL 9 C2 R280 E498. The unit is made of stainless steel. The assembly consists of a linear ball bearing track rail and two ball bearing slider elements. The rail is 280mm long and has 14 drilled and countersunk holes located along the centerline of the rail for mounting. The mounting holes are designed to accept 2.3mm x 8mm long screws. These mounting holes are spaced 20mm apart. The sliding ball elements have 4 tapped holes on their top surface. The holes are tapped for 2mm screws. The thread depth of these holes is 2.5mm. The mounting holes on the sliders are 13mm apart along the length axis and 15mm apart along the width axis. The ball baearing slide units have plastic way wiper seals to keep dirt out of the bearing. The static load rating of this bearing is 170 kgf m. PLEASE NOTE: Care must be taken when mounting and using these bearings. If the sliders are rolled of the end of the rail, the balls will fall out and reassembly will be difficult or impossible! Dimensions: 11" long x 0.8" wide x 0.390" high.
