You are looking at a model JX double range tachometer no. 3200 with stop button feature. This measures 0 to 500 RPM on low setting, 500 to 5000 rpm on high setting! This instrument is rugged and heavy duty, mechanism requires no oiling! This is a high quality precision tool made by Herman H. Stricht, 27 Park Place, New York, NY 10007! Since 1918 on instructions! Accessories included are 1 triangular steel tip, 1 large pointed rubber tip, 1 large hollow (concave) rubber tip, 1 4" extension bar, 1 small pointed rubber tip and 1 6" circumference rubber tired wheel.
